This recipe is one of the simplest fudge recipes I have posted on here (alongside the kinder bueno fudge). It takes no time at all to go from ingredients to ready to eat fudge, so here it goes…
Makes 30 pieces
150g milk chocolate, broken into sqaures
50g unsalted butter
50g golden syrup
400g crunchy peanut butter
50g milk chocolate chunks/chips
50g white chocolate chunks/chips
1.Line a 20 x 20cm tin with greaseproof paper.
2.In a medium saucepan gently heat the chocolate, syrup and butter together. Leave to cool for 10 minutes.
3.Stir in the peanut butter and chocolate chips and pour into the prepared tin. Level the top and place into the freezer.
4.Once set, remove and cut into squares. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge.
